On Saturday We headed into Sydney via the ferry from Manly. It was a cool and very windy day which made for some spectacular sailing.

As we got close to the harbor we got some really good views of the Sydney skyline and the Opera House.

The ferry docks right down town between the Opera house and the Rocks (shopping area) and right at the edge of the city.

We walked around to the side of the harbor opposite the Opera House and looked north under the bridge to an area across the harbor where there is a permanent carnival.

We walked around a open air market for a while.

Karen caught in the act of shopping.

We had lunch in a nice restaraunt not far form the market.

We did some more walking around the harbor and got the typical tourist we were there pictures

Later in the afternoon we walked around the harbor to the Opera House side of the harbor and stopped in some art galleries, had some coffee and headed out to the Operhouse for some closeup pictures.

At the end of the day we head out and got a couple of nice sunset shots.
