I went out for a quick run on the beach had breakfast and then we all went for a walk on the beach.

We walked about 2 miles of the 4 mile long beach and started back because it was starting to rain. It rained for about a half hour pretty hard and then let up some. When we got back to town we walked down the main street and stopped at several shops and art galleries. We pick up some groceries and went back to the hotel to fix lunch
In the afternoon we walked to several scenic spots, hit a couple more shops then back to the hotel for a swim in the pool which was salt water and then made dinner and played some cards.
It rained on and off almost all day. Luckily the hotel had a bunch of big umbrellas. I guess you have to expect rain when you are in the rain forest.

There were some interesting plants in town that people use in normal landscaps of their houses and properties.
Tomorrow we are going on some walking and taking a river tour in the rain forest.
