Over the past two weekends we have started getting ready for summer. We got out table, chairs and umbrella out on the deck and already had several meal out there. Karen has all of the planters and flower pots loaded with herbs and flowers. Along with some of our neighbors and friends we have gotten the piers and shorestations in. On Saturday we got our ski boat in and Sunday we put the kayaks in and let a couple of College student form Church take them out for the first cruise of the season. We are beginning to see lots of ducks and geese with little ones paddling about the channel and shallows. It won't be long and the lake will be crowded with boaters and swimmers.
